The Challenge

GE Healthcare’s electronic medical records software was created for ambulatory clinics and sold and serviced by value-added resellers. The resellers—HealthCo Information Systems, in this case—needed to get the attention of both practice administrators and managing physicians. Even tougher was the knowledge that clinics moved to electronic records mainly because it was a federal mandate and swapping or upgrading their EMR software was not high on their list of priorities.

The Work

The Solution

We worked closely with GE Healthcare’s top VAR—HealthCo Information Systems—to identify new and clearer ways of presenting the software and its many solutions. We made a sales kit that fully explained and categorized this enterprise software for the first time. We made it easy for a salesperson to walk into a clinic with sales sheets that mapped the solutions out in an elegant way that invited physicians to know and want more.
