Danville Development is a property manager and specialist in providing apartments for low-income seniors and people with disabilities in Salt Lake City and throughout the state of Utah. Danville’s primary marketing challenges include making a complicated application process simple to understand and complete. Secondarily, we work to remove the idea that HUD-subsidized apartments are in any way less than.

The Work

The Solution

We reimagined the Danville logo and brand identity, and we continually work to improve both the online display of Danville’s apartment communities and the ease-of-application process. With an audience of senior citizens, many of whom speak a language other than English, we use simple icons and photography to tell the story. We also recently made sure that we had control of every property’s Google My Business page, so we could better manage comments and community-related content.
